Embrace All of the Different Challenges That You Will Face

If you have read this far into this book, it is clear that you are a changemaker who has a profound and vivid vision of what you would like the world to be. You know that your destiny is to help find solutions for all of the issues that we face, and you want to dedicate your life towards being part of the answer, rather than the problem. You want to help lead others, and you want to spread passion about all of the issues that you care about.

This is one calling that simply cannot be ignored.

You also have now learned that it is possible to make a fantastic income while having a vocation that allows you to greatly give back to the world. You can stick to your values and uphold them to your greatest ability while simultaneously giving back to the communities that you are a part of. At the same time, you have also learned that making an ample amount of income in an industry that you thoroughly enjoy can be difficult to say the least!

Chances are that you were not born with a natural knack for marketing or sales. In fact, very few people are. These are skills that just must be learned over time, and there really is no way for them to come naturally. If you are anything like I used to be, you most likely have spent a majority of your career wishing that you could just never deal with marketing or sales again. Many individuals wish that they could instead focus on their customers, serving the world, and fulfilling their vision.

It’s true: combining a successful career with making the world a better place is by no means a simple task. I acknowledge the difficulties that it provides, and I understand how they can be discouraging.

During my 31 year long career, there have been major hardships that I have been forced to overcome.

Are you able to relate to any of these following obstacles that I have compiled?

• You are terrified that you will have to compromise your values in order to make a steady income, and you do not see how you can maintain a profitable career while following your deepest calling and doing your best to make the world a better place.
• You have convinced yourself that you will never be talented enough at business. You think that business is for those individuals who care about nothing other than money, or people who are particularly good at dealing with numbers. You don’t want to work excessively long hours, and you are convinced that you have no talent with sales and marketing.
• You are constantly bogged down with the tedious process of acquiring new clients, and this is starting to get you down. It takes away your enjoyment of your career, and it sucks up all of your time and energy.
• You have been dedicating so much of your time and energy towards your job that you have reached the point where you are absolutely drained. The journey towards reaching your goals keeps becoming longer and longer, and you’re not sure when you finally will be finished. At this point in time, you may even be considering giving up!
• You feel as if you are alone on your journey and that you are not receiving support. You may not be able to financially afford help, or maybe you just cannot find good help that you are willing to pay for. Either way, there are very few people helping you to reach your goals.
• You see how much competition that you have in your industry, and you are starting to wonder if it is even worth it for you to try selling your items or services. You’re discouraged by all of the other vendors who seem as if they are having better luck than you, and you’re wondering if people even care about what you have to offer.
• You know what you must do in order to succeed, and you have all of the tools that you need. But, every time that you try to implement all of your strategies, they never work like they’re supposed to. You’re not sure what you’re doing wrong, and every time that you try to make changes, they wind up not working either.
• You don’t consider yourself to be a tech-savvy person, and the entire concept of social media is strange and mysterious to you. You want to do what you’re good at and remain in the industry that you’re in, but you wish that you could just avoid all of the technology business. Why do you have to be an IT expert in order to make your company successful?

Just like you, I have faced all of these difficulties as well at some point or another within my career. There have been times where I have become incredibly discouraged, and there have been other times where I even considered giving up.

And, to make the entire situation worse, I came across quite a few “experts” that claimed that they had all the answers, when they actually didn’t. Their strategies didn’t fit my personality or morals, and it was incredibly difficult for me to take their advice. While these individuals may have worked very well with others, they just did not work with me.

A majority of the experts that I worked with seemed to only care about money. While this may have been their priority, it was not mine, and money was not the only thing that I wanted to learn about. They always referenced “making a difference”, but they never actually focused on what the difference was. They also talked about providing valuable services to my clients, but they never talked about changing the world or helping to make the earth a better place. Our world needs major work and healing, and we can’t forget about that! That is something that we need to be constantly focusing on.

I’m not sure what specifically caused me to persevere through all of this. It could have been my determination, or it could have been my unwillingness to get a different job. Either way, I used trial and error to figure out what worked best for me, and I managed to get through it. Now I can focus on growing my business and giving back to the world without having to feel overwhelmed. Fortunately, these problems no longer weigh me down like they used to.

Sometimes I have to remind myself that my life actually is a reality, simply because I have accomplished far more than I ever would have normally believed to be possible. I have the pleasure of serving thousands of changemakers in this world, and helping them become more socially conscious and accomplish all of their dreams. I enable people to thrive on a personal level, and I give them the tools that they need in order to properly serve the world.

Essentially, I have my dream job, and I am compensated well for it. I do not feel guilty for making 6 figures, because I know how much I am giving back to the world and those around me. I have given a tremendous amount to my clients, and I have dedicated my life to serving them. At the end of the day, I know that I am truly making a difference.

Don’t get me wrong- it is not that I do not face difficulties anymore within my career. If anything, as my career has grown, I have had to jump over even more hurdles. It is instead that I am better equipped to deal with these problems, and I have a healthier mindset to tackle them with. My business grew at a very rapid pace, and it was difficult for me to find individuals who were qualified to help me with that growth. To this day, I actually still struggle with that.

I spent 25 years working my way up from the bottom. I worked with non-profits, dabbled in many different industries, and finally settled with my own business that I have been working with ever since. It was a long and arduous process, but to me, it was completely worth it in the end.

I don’t want you to have to take as long as I did in order to be successful or finally obtain your dream career. If you play your cards right, and you have a little bit of guidance in order to help you, you can accomplish more than I did in only a fraction of the time. There is nothing stopping you from starting your career right this second. And, if there are any speed bumps that you must get over, I guarantee that they are minimal in the grand scheme of things.

I want to teach you how to avoid making the mistakes I made, and how to cut straight to success. The world needs you to help fix its problems, and it needs you now! Your talents are useful and unique, and they should never be wasted. You should be focusing your efforts on making a difference, rather than constantly trying to fix your mistakes and overcome difficulties.

These are the reasons that I am now providing so many free services and resources for social entrepreneurs. Additionally, this is why I also offer my in depth coaching sessions and forums each year as well.
