Xyngular

Xyngular

Add it to the list: another MLM based on nutritional products that'll do everything from helping you lose weight to giving you more energy and making you feel that everything is right with the world.

It's also a business opportunity, which we'll explore for its merits, if there are any. We're getting pretty tough around here as far as granting approval to MLM opportunities, so read on to find out whether Xyngular measures up…

Xyngular, the Company

They get a few points for having been around for 6 years. While they're no Herbalife, which has been around for decades, at least they're not brand-new.

They also have a real HQ, prominently pictured on the Xungular website. It's located in Lehi, Utah, not someone's basement or dorm room.

Xyngular is rated an “A-” on the Better Business Bureau website but not surprisingly, they are not BBB accredited. Very few network marketing companies are. They've had 18 complaints in the last 3 years, which is a little higher than most MLM companies we look at. 8 of those complaints had to do with the product or service, which is unusual as well. Usually complaints about MLM nutritional companies are concerning advertising or billing.

So, some points gained and some lost…who's on the management team?

Xyngular, the Team

  • Russ Fletcher. As CEO, he brings two decades of network marketing experience to the table. He went to MIT and BYU for an MBA. Those are some impressive letters, so points added for that.
  • Marc Walker. As President, he brings 25 years of network marketing to the table.

I'm not going to give you any more team details because that's enough for me. If the president and the CEO of a network marketing company have never done anything but work in network marketing their whole lives, then I'm not interested…even if they have a quarter of a century of experience or “…network marketing is in the blood”.

To run a real business, a CEO and/or President need real world business experience. I love the MBA and the MIT…points for that…but how about some corporate experience in retail, communications, or anything else besides network marketing? And loving to help people doesn't impress, either. That's what your distributors and team leaders are for. CEOs are supposed to be ruthless, visionary, and have pinpoint focus on growing the company.

The Xyngular Products

Here we see the usual lineup of nutritional products, only in this case there are an awful lot of them. Here are just a few:

  • Accelerate: rev up your metabolism with Green Tea Leaf Extract, Guarana Seed Extract, Oolong Tea Extract, Kola Nut Extract, and Cayenne Pepper
  • Axion: cardiovascular support, immune support, metabolism…contains vitamins, enzymes, omega fatty acids, whole foods and probiotics
  • Global Blend Classic: a “cellular health” drink to neutralize free radicals, balance hormones, and other things that encourage your body to produce primary antioxidants.

You get the idea: sound nutritional products based on a whole spectrum of ingredients, rather than one super ingredient.

The Xyngular Compensation Plan

There is a Business Builder Pack containing some of the hot products plus samples, to get your business started. Buying this will help you raise your PV level to a point where you can start earning residual earnings on the 8-level Unilevel structure.

To earn commissions, you must be on Autoship and have at least 30 PV. To qualify as “active”, you must have PV of 120 or more in the previous month or the current month.

You don't have to qualify at all in order to earn money from retail sales, which is good old-fashioned difference between wholesale and retail. But if you want to set up downlines and earn off their sales, you'll need to qualify and be active.

The Verdict

Nothing jumps out as suspicious about Xyngular, but then again nothing leaps out as spectacular, either. Everything is textbook …the nutritional products promising everything from weight loss to cellular health, the MLM pros on the executive team, and the compensation plan with Autoship.

the great results speak for themselves, including my husband. As far as the company paying someone for bringing in a new customer and they have a 100% guarantee, what do they have to lose besides weight if need be, and felling great with a whole new outlook in life. As far as being paid, no difference then insurance companies that get paid residual for customers that come back every year and for customers they recruit to get their insurance through them. If a company wants to pay You for your efforts then why not. note if you sign under someone and they say they will give you the help u need and they don’t then you signed up under the wrong person.
