TelexMOB Review – Is TelexFREE Mobile A Complete Ripoff?

TelexMOB

Things just don't look good when your business website can't be found…but tons of bad reviews can. There's a little thing called “reputation management” for these types of situations, but it appears that TelexMOB hasn't yet caught on to it.

There's also something called “proofreading” and they don't seem to know about this, either. Take, for instance, a direct quote from the TeleMOB “About Us” page:

The market Advertising and Technology gradually increases and already a worldwide trend.”

Note the random capitalization, too. Is it so hard to translate stuff these days?

The Company

Aside from a company with an “unfinished” website, what exactly is TelexMOB? Here's what I can glean from the site:

  • they're an MLM company
  • they're based in Panama and Hong Kong
  • they will launch on 4/25/2015
  • there will be an APP in the next six weeks
  • they haven't yet created any social media accounts (or at least they're not hooked up to the buttons on the website)
  • their logo looks vaguely familiar…kind of like AT&T's
  • there is Telexmobileofficial facebook page with a similar-looking logo but it's hard to tell whether it's the same company (shouldn't somebody be sending out “cease and desist” letters, if it's not?). This page hasn't been updated in a year.

More on TelexFree…on the about us page, TelexMOB says they're “returning once again make a difference in Multilevel Marketing”. Well that just makes me think they are indeed a rehashing of TelexFree.

And I confirmed this with a YouTube video, where at 2:49 there's a map showing where TelexMOB exists…only the graphic uses “Nova Telexfree” on the image of Africa. Oops, you gave it away, guys! It even says “Welcome Back!”. Turns out TelexMOB is actually a recreation of TelexFree, which was shut down in 2014. Ponzi scheme!

The private domain registration is always frustrating and sure enough I'm stymied. They took the time to register privately but not to actually set up their website properly.

The Product

Is there a product? I certainly couldn't find one. Perhaps it's the app they mention that's coming soon?

The Compensation Plan

I'm going to use a little of my non-existent Portuguese skills to piece together bits of information from a Youtube Video and see if I can come up with what the TelexMOB compensation plan is all about. Here goes…

  • they have quality products that benefit society
  • there are 4 ways to join and earn:
    1. Start Level ($60 to join)
    2. AdCentral ($220 to join)
    3. Advanced ($750 to join)
    4. AdFamily ($1250 to join)

Start Level. Earn 20% on direct sales. There's a binary structure and you get 10% of your downlines' sales. So, that means you make $15 for every person you sign up. Binary structure and you get 10% on your downline team action.

AdCentral. Earn 20% on direct sales, 20% on your downlines. Get $30 for each recruit.

ADvanced. Earn 20% on direct sales, binary commissions are 40%. Get $60 for recruiting.

ADFamily. Earn 20% on direct sales, binary commissions are 50%. Get $120 for recruiting.

Your commission depends on your level…so whatever you pay to join determines what you make for recruiting. However, you can't make anything above the recruitment fee for the level on which joined. Therefore, if you're a “Start” level, the most you'll make for recruiting will be $15, even if you bring in someone at the ADFamily level.

There are other bonuses and something they call “Royalties”.

The Verdict

There are an awful lot of things that are triggering the red flag on my “risk” radar. The compensation plan is incredibly complex. The biggest red flag is literally a red flag: from the YouTube video I clicked a link going to the backoffice account on the telexMOB website..and got a totally red screen with the words:

Phishing attach ahead. Attackers on backoffce.telexmob.com might try to trick you to steal your information (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards).

Yikes! Well that does it for me, folks. Do I even need to spell it out for you?

Nevertheless, a lot of people seem to be hyping TelexMOB…could they be the former TelexFree dupes trying to get their money out of the system? Whatever the case…stay away from this one.
