Four Oceans MLM Company Opportunity and Services Review

What is Four Oceans?

What would happen if you took all the motivational posters in the world and created a 21-day course out of them?  Well, if a lot of effort is put forth, then it could end up something like Four Ocean's “21 Days to Happiness” program whose members use the program and others like it to get happier.

How does it work?  What's the business opportunity?  Who runs Four Oceans?  You'll find out below- we took an in-depth look so you could see for yourselves what Four Ocean's 21 Days of Happiness is all about

The Company

Four Oceans Global, LLC runs out of Plano TX, which I'm pretty sure is home to at least a few other MLM companies…is Plano the new Utah of network marketing?

Anyway, the founder is Robert Oblon, who in a mega-mogul move acquired The Sucess Training Network (TSTN) last year.  He also drew thought leaders into his realm for a crackerjack visionary team at Four Oceans.

Among these visionaries and leaders is Shawn Achor, a leading “Positive Psychologist”.  The positive psychology field is what Four Oceans' program is based upon and represents a new direction in thought science we're only beginning to see the ramifications of in the MLM world.

Another leader on the team is James Menge, who comes from the travel industry.  He worked in leaderships roles at American Airlines, Silverrail, and SilverCar so brings valuable business experience to the table, balancing out the thought leaders whose focus is on the product's scientific essence.

President Jeff Cohen was ExecuRank's Top CMO for 2012 and of course brings valuable leadership to Four Oceans.

The Product

The product, launched April 6, 2015, is a subscription-based membership offering training on how to live a happy life based on relationships and self fulfillment rather than money and acquisition of material goods.  The training is based on the principles of Positive Psychology, and the writings of Shawn Achor, author of “The Happiness Advantage”.

Customers gain access to products and services through the Four Oceans portal, which includes training from thought leaders in personal development and positive psychology and other fields withing the wellness industry.

The “21 Days to Happiness” course is free, and is meant to introduce members to the Four Oceans way of happiness and also to encourage them to upgrade and pursue their education.

Four Oceans operates internationally, including the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and the Phillippines.

The Business Opportunity

The memberships to Four Oceans are sold via network marketing or, as it's now being called, “social selling”.  This simply means if you join as a partner, you benefit from personal sales of membership to others, and when you sponsor other partners, you also benefit from their personal sales.

As for details of how this works and how much you get, I'm at a loss to easily find this information without resorting to dubious sources.  Heck, I can't even find information on the Four Oceans website on how much the subscriptions cost!  Without this info, I'm really not sure how they plan to expand into a savvy US market, where it's tough to hide behind smoke and mirrors for long.

The Verdict

The product is a bit vague, but that's not to say it doesn't work.  We all know the power of the human brain and the role of motivation and mentorship when it comes to self-fulfillment and happiness.  Although the Four Oceans website is beautiful and professionally edited, it does lack in substantive information about the program contents.

It does say you get over 300 hours of courses, and the 21 Days of Happiness is free, so that should make people feel a bit better.  Plus there's the 100% money-back guarantee, where you can cancel at any time (this is for annual and multi-year subscriptions only).

The lack of compensation plan details is also disconcerting, so I'm going to assume there's something to hide.  I think this has potential, but the delivery plan needs some work.  Don't count it out, but don't jump in head first either.
