Club Freedom Society

Club Freedom Society

Club Freedom Society is a travel club marketed through direct sales. That makes the product the club membership, presumably.

But there's a second layer of product here at CFS, and that's their 7-step method of gaining leads and making an online business work. That also costs money, so it's a “product”, too.

So, the big question is: if you're a CFS member, are you selling travel club memberships or are you selling CFS memberships?

Let's see whether you can tell…

The Company & the Founder

CFS represents the merging of two former MLM companies:

  1. Smod AU
  2. Wealth4Everyone LTD

If you dig around online for a bit, you'll discover that Wealth4Everyone apparently never did much. Searching a popular internet marketing forum, there's only one mention of this company, and it's from someone asking what it's all about.

The website itself says something is coming in January 2015, which has come and gone. The inner pages give mention of Empower Network, plus a video on joining DS Domination, an MLM business that teaches people how to make money using Amazon and eBay to drop ship stuff to customers based on listings you make but not on products you ever own or touch.

As for Smod AV? Can't find a thing, unless it's this content management system. A search on “Smod AV” brings up all “Smad AV” results. It's a case of unfortunately too-similar names.

Part of the CFS package is actually a Smod AV autoresponder so I'm guessing that CMS company is the one.

The Founder

Anyway, the CEO of Club Freedom Society is one of the founding members of Wealth4Everyone. His name is Brian Michael. Mr. Michael is apparently very successful in running an online MLM business because his PayPal account is very large.

I know this because I watched a video where he logs in live to PayPal to prove how much he's made it the last three years ($310,000).

He makes all sorts of encouraging yet quasi simplistic-sounding statements like,

“the system helps you out brilliantly in terms of making money off other people's efforts”.

-Brian Michael, Founder of Club Freedom Society

So he's been using his formulas for success since 2009 – the way he puts it is that “the formulas have been working for Brian Michael, and now available for you to make your online opportunity a success”.

The Product

I never did find much about the supposed travel club that's launching, except that members can apparently get great deals on travel.

The secondary (or primary?) product is the “selling package” subscription which teaches members how to sell. So far as I could garner as far as details go, the only details I could find were on some of the upsells:

  1. SmodV (autoresponder) $29.95
  2. Blogl ($29.95)

The Compensation Plan

Mr. Michael gleefully tells us in his very upbeat video that there are 5 income streams to Club Freedom Society. He then goes on to describe only one of them.

Consequently, this is all I have to show you:

  • There is a 30 day full refund guarantee on the CFS front end system, no questions asked.
  • There are 7 steps to his success plan for those who join. These are called “Commitment Steps”.
  • Affiliate program: 50% recurring monthly commissions.

The Club Freedom Society compensation plan can be described as having “dynamic compression on the front end”. Here's how that works:

  1. There are unlimited people on your front line (Tier 1).
  2. Commissions pass up to you if your downlines aren't eligible for them.
  3. It Costs $57 to sign up, and $57 every month to stay subscribed.
  4. You get tools, training videos, etc to make you a successful lead generator and sales closer online.
  5. For enrollees, you get $20 per direct signup…every month, ongoing.
  6. So the level commissions look like this:
  1. $20 for your direct signups
  2. $10 for Tier 2 signups
  3. $5 for Tier 3 signups
  4. $3 for Tier 4 signups
  5. $2 for Tier 5 signups
  6. $1 for Tier 6 signups

The Verdict

Well, what a crazy bunch of inconclusive information there is online right now about Club Freedom Society. Or Brain Michael. Or his previous venture, wealth4everyone. Might want to proceed with caution on this one.
